Why People are a lot like Samurai Swords
For all my Friends who got Dumped over the Holidays.
Before I get into this… I have to kind of go out on a limb here and explain something.
I do not deal with the betrayal very well.
I mean no one really does…
But everybody has their special quirks… some people clean to deal with stress, a lot of people are emotional eaters,
some people are afraid of Jell-O… mine is that when I get dumped by a girlfriend or an employer I go into a deep
depression and it can take me months or even years to get out.
When Leilani pulled her little stunt I was so over come I studied to be a priest, when Luann did hers I went in hospital
with guillaume barre and cancer of the brain stem and spent a total of 18 months over the next three years in hospital
totally expecting to die.
So believe me… when I read about my myspace friends who got dumped over the Hollidays…
I feel for you.
I REALLY FEEL for you
So I wanted to pass on this little story that I use to explain to my students why GOD lets people suffer and experience
pain in their life.

And one more thing… real people, honest every day people… if they are really living life… they experience some type
of emergency every three to four months… that’s normal.
If your in a high stress job or living situation… it can be every two to three months.
That’s if you’re normal… (I’m not going to get into drama queens… just rest assured… it has something to do with their
forehead and an ax)

Why People are a lot like Samurai Swords
Have you ever seen how a Samurai sword is made?
It’s frigging amazing… I could sit there all day and watch them work…. (But only for a day… it can takes years and years
and years for a Samurai sword to be made).
They take an ingot of steal…
They take the ingot and squeeze it with a pair of tongs and put it in a fire…
The stoke the fire and it gets the ingot blazing hot…
The take the ingot out of the fire and then beat the hell out of it to make it a little flatter…
Then they take the ingot and put it back in the fire…
They stoke the fire and it gets the ingot blazing hot….
The take the ingot out of the fire and then beat the hell out of it to make it a little flatter…
…
They do this over and over and over again…
And then they do the most amazing thing…
They fold over the flattened ingot and do it all over again…
….
They do that over and over and over again…
And then they plunge the sword in to a deep bucket of water…
The Steal in the sword seizes up…
And they start all over…
They put the sword in the fire…
They heat it way, way up and get it blazing hot…
They take the sword out of the fire….
And beat the shit out of it…
The flatten the steal…
They fold it over….
They beat it some more…
And then again they plunge it in to the water and make the steal seize up
And then they start all over again.
Over and over and over and over again…
Most Samurai swords are folded over 100 times… but like I told you… there are some Samurai swords that take years
and years and years to make.. and have been folded over a million times.
A Million Times!
